Local Investing Association to Educate Public on Passive Income
The Cache Valley Area Investors Association is Helping Residents Make Smarter More Reliable Investments
Dear Patrick Oden,
LOGAN, Utah –
The Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) is here to help those who have a desire to improve their financial status. CVAIA can help to educate your readership through regular workshops and meetings which teach the principles of passive income. Passive Income is a way of settling yourself financially that does not require current thought. This is helpful for those who may not have the knowledge of mainstream investing.
The way in which CVAIA teaches that financial security is established, is by using all resources possible. CVAIA will teach your readership how to invest in various options, and will help them understand when and how to take more risk in investing without losing. A core belief that members share is that the first and best investment is in ones own self. This means making sure that physical, emotional, social, and mental welfare are being supported. After this has been met, other investments, such as real-estate, commodities, or securities can be looked into at the appropriate time and order.
CVAIA teaches people how to increase their potential for passive income by embracing the Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, and Law of Exchange. They practice the methods found in the ideologies of books including Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Wealthy Barber, The Millionaire Next Door, Atlas Shrugged, The Automatic Millionaire, and the Secret. CVAIA began in August 2007and now has members from many geographical locations and from all walks of life. The members come together with the same belief: that education mitigates the risks of investing.
I would be happy to set up a meeting between you and Parker, and am always glad to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Ben Zaritsky

Financial Club Teaching Passive Income
Cache Valley Club Helping People Become Financially Independent
LOGAN, Utah- The Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) is here to help those who have a desire to improve their financial status and live more fulfilling lives.
CVAIA believes in having a foundation of investing to build from, beginning with low risk investments. A core belief that members share is that the first and best investment is yourself. This means making sure that physical, emotional, social, and mental welfare are being supported. After this has been met, other investments, such as real-estate, commodities, or securities can be looked into at the appropriate time and order.
One of CVAIA’s main philosophies is that of passive income. Passive Income is a way of investing and financing that does not require current thought. These same philosophies are held by acclaimed authors Robert Kiyosaki and Clark Howard.
Membership is free, and meetings are open to all who would like to come. CVAIA meets every other Thursday to discuss ways of investing time, assets, and experience to build financial freedom. According to the CVAIA website, “Financial Independence is achieved when passive income regularly exceeds expenses. This is done by focusing on raising passive income and lowering expenses.”
"I want people to be happy, to have jobs they love and to be financially independent," said CVAIA Founder Preston Parker. "Creating an atmosphere where people actually want to go to work may end up making the world a better place."
While all investment has some form of risk, there are ways to mitigate this risk. CVAIA helps educate people on how to invest in a wisely. “Education is the best way to mitigate risk,” Parker said. The more educated you become on investing option, the less risk is associated.
For more information on membership or financial philosophies visit CVAIA’s website at www.cvaia.com.
